loved our short stay in kirkcudbright and the blue door exceeded expectations. clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. south facing garden was a sun trap. easy walk to town and great walking trails nearby. everything we needed and more!

Lovely apartment in marvellous and easy location not far from Kirkcudbright next to the river, restaurants, and the centre. Location close to all amenities. Comfy and new-fashioned rooms with a view of garden...

The accommodation was lovely located short walk to the town centre, restaurants, and the harbour, that's what I was expecting. All in all everything was immaculate, as a bonus I received ironing free of charge. I stayed 5 nights and did not want to leave.

Nothing, all excellent. It met the demands.

We had a comfortable stay in a cozy apartment and would happily return, with the added bonus of a lovely garden view.

Immaculate and modern, thoughtful amenities for families with young children, glorious south-facing sun trap garden, convenient location to town and supermarkets, great hiking trails, exceptionally well-equipped kitchen.

Loved the garden with a barbecue, felt like a posh lady hosting a garden party. The airport being 39 km away was a thrilling reminder of how far away civilization can be.

I always stay at this place when visiting. The staff helped with currency exchange on my first visit. The amenities are perfect: free Wi-Fi, car park, dryer, kettle, cookware, TV. Coming back for another city trip.

The Blue Door exceeded our expectations, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the well-equipped kitchen and cozy sitting room made us feel right at home. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the bathroom was perfect and the shower was amazing. the overall decor was lovely, with eye-catching pictures throughout the property. the small back garden was a real bonus, offering a peaceful haven to relax in. the location of the property was fantastic, with everything we needed within a short walk. Kirkcudbright is a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

I always stay at my favorite place in Kirkcudbright. The staff were helpful when I first arrived. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, dryer, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV. There's also a fitness centre, hiking, golf course, tennis court, outdoor dining area. And pets are welcome. I'm planning to return for Christmas.

A lovely apartment well situated with easy access to town, pubs, and shops. the furnishings and linens are high quality and the kitchen included tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. Beds were comfy and the garden was well equipped with furniture and a sunshade. the apartment was spacious and would easily accommodate 4 adults.
